International Organizing Committee
The International Organizing Committee (IOC) of the IPT is composed of an Executive Committee and one representative per country that takes part in the tournament. The President and Secretary are elected for two years. Representatives are elected every year.

Some of these countries organise a national selection in order to choose the team that will represent the country in the international tournament.
