The host for 2019 will be…
…… École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Lausanne, Switzerland!
After winning the tournament in the recent edition, the university and team took the momentum to decide to host the 11th edition of the tournament. The university had previously hosted the 5th and 6th editions at a time when the tournament marked a big expansion outside of the Ukraine-Russia organisation making this edition quite symbolic as the tournament continues to expand!
Lausanne is located on the northern shore of the beautiful Lac Leman, 62 km from main city Geneva. Surrounded by stunning alpine scenery makes it well worth the visit on top of attending for the tournament.
One of the spearheads of the local organising team will be by long time participant Evgenni Glushkov, current PhD student at the organisation. The rest of the team and further details can be found on the developing 2019 website.
Along with this news, we would like to announce the release of the 17 problems to be solved for the 2019 edition. The problems can be found here and we hope you enjoy battling with them!
